How to Refer
Here’s how you can initiate the referral process for services at Volunteer Behavioral Health:
- For First-Time Appointments: Call our Centralized Access/Customer Service at 1-877-567-6051 for first time appointments or information about our services.
- For Crisis Emergencies: Call our 24/7 Crisis Hotline at 1-800-704-2651. Our trained providers are available for immediate support and assistance.
- For Medical Records: Email or call our Medical Records Department at medrec@vbhcs.org or 1-931-570-2751. Please allow 10 business days to process your request for records.
Program-Specific Referrals: Please use the contact forms provided below to reach out to these specific programs. Be sure to include pertinent information regarding the client and their specific needs in order to assess eligibility.
